Our family has had an interest in antiques since my father was a young man. Our first antique store that we opened in Illinois whn I was ten was called Cabintiques. Just what is a cabintique? Cora, the main character, is named after Rebecca's Grandmother, as a tribute to the earthly legacy she left behind. The book begins with a poem written by my Grandmother, then leads the reader into Cora's journey, which spans the seasons in the world of nature and the soul. Cora tries to discover what is growing in her soul's garden.
